Rescue & Escape
Life-threatening situations can occur in seconds - be it a sudden occurrence of dangerous gases or fires. Dräger offers you a broad range of rescue and escape devices - from filtering escape devices, such as escape hoods, to compressed air escape devices and oxygen self-rescuers. Dräger also offers rescue packs for firefighters to support the rescue of people from dangerous situations. Also, we have developed protective chambers and rooms which are used, e.g. in mining and tunnelling. The Dräger rescue vehicles ensure safe transport of mine rescue teams and equipment closer to the incident.
Dräger PARAT® 5550
The Dräger PARAT® 5550 is a fire escape hood packaged in a flame-retardant holster. It was specifically developed for fire rescue teams for use in victim rescue. The main advantage: The PARAT® 5550 is system approved together with Dräger breathing apparatus according to EN 137:2006, Type 2.
Dräger PARAT® 7500
The combined fire and industrial escape hood Dräger PARAT® 7500 was developed with users, placing the focus on the fastest possible escape. Optimized operation and wearing comfort, a robust housing and a tested ABEK CO P3 filter ensure protection from toxic industrial and fire-related gases, vapours and particles for at least 15 minutes.
Dräger Saver PP
The Saver PP positive pressure Emergency Escape Breathing Apparatus allows safe, effective and uncomplicated escape from hazardous environments, even if H2S is present. Simple to put on and featuring automatic operation, this positive-pressure breathing device features an integrated full-face mask and can be used in conjunction with other safety equipment such as ear protectors or helmets.
Dräger Oxy 3000/6000 MK III
The oxygen self-rescuers Dräger Oxy 3000 and 6000 MK III are easy and fast to handle under extreme conditions and are service-free for up to 10 years while being worn. The unique safety eye provides you the ability to check the device without additional tools. The Oxy series provides breathing protection according to the highest standards since decades - made in Germany.
Dräger PARAT® 3160
Dräger PARAT® 3160 half mask escape device with a multi-gas ABEK15 filter is approved to the recognized standard for industrial escape devices (DIN 58647-7). It provides a minimum of 15 minutes escape time. Compared to PARAT 3100, the half mask and filter are vacuum-sealed in an aluminum barrier bag, making it better suited for tropical climate zones.

Approved to the only recognized standard for filtering industrial escape devices (DIN 58647-7), it provides users a minimum of 15 minutes escape time.
